Transformer Core Stacking Table


Transformer core stacking table is an assembly and stacking table for the transformer core laminations. We offer the table capacity from 5 ton to 400 ton, which suitable for distribution and power transformers’ 2 – 5 columns core assembly. The main advantages are increasing the core assembly speed, improving the core stacking precision and reducing core loss. There are adjustable pin guides for different sizes core positioning and the table can rotate 90 degrees to make the assembled core in vertical for next procedure.

The tilting process can be done by overhead crane or hydraulic system
