Vacuum Oil Filling Oven

Vacuum oil filling oven is a vacuum chamber with oil injection system which can inject transformer oil into transformers under vacuum state. The purpose is to overflow the moisture and air in the transformer oil as much as possible. Prevent the mixing of moisture or air bubbles in the transformer oil. So as to ensure that the insulation performance of the transformer oil and transformers will not be adversely affected by the oil filling process.

The oven can be rectangular or cylindrical shape forms with customized size. It is designed and manufactured according to the vacuum autoclave regulations with reasonable vacuum tight structure. A transformer oil tank is installed on the top of the oven, transformer oil shall be stored after filtration. The oil injection pipes are connected and on each pipeline is equipped with flow meter so the oil filling quantity can be precision controlled. The system adopts automatically PLC control, touch screen operating, providing automatic oil filling process.
