Heavy Duty Trackless Transfer Cart
Engineered to withstand extreme industrial environments, including prolonged exposure to high temperatures and highly abrasive conditions. Constructed with heat-resistant materials, reinforced plating, and sealed components, it maintains operational integrity while transporting molten materials, hot castings, or abrasive raw goods.
Its heavy-duty chassis and specialized wheel systems resist deformation and wear, ensuring reliable performance in foundries, steel mills, or cement plants. Equipped with advanced cooling and dust-protection systems, the cart enables safe, continuous material handling where standard equipment would fail.
This durable solution minimizes downtime, extends service life, and supports efficient logistics in the most demanding settings.

Application
Reliable Transportation for Extreme Environments
Designed specifically for high-temperature, dusty and high-wear working conditions, featuring outstanding heat resistance and structural robustness to ensure stable performance of heavy material handling tasks in harsh environments such as casting and metallurgy.
Safe High-Temperature Material Handling
With dedicated thermal protection and wear-resistant design, it can safely and reliably transport high-temperature loads such as red-hot billets and molten metal containers, significantly reducing production safety risks.
Optimized Production Logistics
Establishes flexible connections among production links such as high-temperature heat treatment and cleaning and grinding to reduce equipment reliance and enhance the coherence and efficiency of the entire process flow.
Persistent Operation in Harsh Conditions
Enhanced vehicle body, high-temperature resistant components and anti-wear design effectively counteract thermal stress and abrasive wear, ensuring long service life and low failure rate under harsh conditions.

Packaging & Shipping
For equipment with length less than 6m and width less than 2.2m, transportation is via 20ft container. For length between 5.9m and 12m, 40ft container is used. Multiple sets can be transported by full container, while single sets use LCL Container.
For equipment with length less than 12m but width beyond 2.2m, flat rack containers (20 or 40 ft) are required. Equipment beyond these dimensions requires bulk cargo shipping.
