Heavy Equipment 45 mm PC120 Mini Excavator Steel Bucket Bushings and Pins
The production process of the PC120 excavator bucket shaft mainly includes the following steps:
- Material Preparation: Select high-quality steel such as 45# steel as the raw material to ensure its properties like hardness and toughness meet the requirements.
- Blanking: According to the size specifications of the bucket shaft, use a cutting machine to cut the steel into blanks of appropriate length.
- Forging: Conduct forging treatment on the blanks. Through high temperature and pressure, the internal structure of the blanks becomes denser, which improves the strength and comprehensive performance of the bucket shaft.
- Rough Machining: Perform rough machining on the forged blanks. Use equipment such as lathes and milling machines to carry out operations like outer circle turning and drilling, leaving a machining allowance of 0.5-1mm for subsequent finish machining.
- Quenching and Tempering Treatment: Conduct quenching and tempering treatment on the roughly machined bucket shaft, which involves quenching followed by high-temperature tempering. Quenching can improve the hardness and strength of the bucket shaft, while tempering can eliminate internal stress, endowing the bucket shaft with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
