Product Description

Polymer-modified cement waterproof coating is a dual-component, water-based building waterproofing material developed from a carefully balanced blend of organic and inorganic constituents. The liquid component is formulated with polyacrylate-based emulsions and specialized additives, while the powder component comprises cement, quartz sand, calcium carbonates of varying densities, and other performance-enhancing agents.

Advantages

• It can be directly applied on the wet or dry substrate surface with good adhesion.
• Adapting spraying method will greatly elevate the installation efficiency and enable the film thickness more uniform and dense.
• Polyacrylate is used as the main raw material of emulsion, which has better water resistance, no re-emulsion and no swelling.

Specification

According to product performance, it is classified into type I, type II and type III.

Application

Type I

Building waterproof parts requiring vibration and deformation.

Type II

· It can be used in combination with self-adhesive membranes for waterproofing of basement side walls, decks and roofs of buildings.

· Building waterproofing parts like toilet, kitchen, enclosed balcony.

Type III

Waterproof to outdoor exterior wall.

Dosage of reference

To achieve coating thickness of 1mm, the reference dosage should be 1.8-2.0 KG/M2.
