2t/h 220L aseptic big bag packing apple puree production line consists of apple pretreatment unit,apple puree making, Sterilzation system,apple puree and paste packing,control system etc.

UHT tubular sterilizer
Ø Special tubular structure, specially used for juice materials;
Ø Capacity: 2T/H;
Ø Material inlet temperature: 40℃~50℃;
Ø The material outlet temperature is less than 40℃;
Ø Sterilization temperature: 95℃~121℃;
Ø Sterilization time: 10S;
Ø Cooling water temperature <30℃
Ø The main features of the system are as follows:
Ø Rated processing capacity
Ø Cooling water consumption: 30 tons/hour, the water temperature is less than 30 degrees Celsius;

Single head aseptic filling machine

weight measurement and workbench. The packaging bag adopts aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag, and the whole process is
carried out in a sterile environment. The main features are as follows:
Ø Human-machine interface control, real-time display and control of weight;
Ø Equipped with manual and automatic control systems;
Ø Automatic weight measurement deviation is 1-2%;
Ø Can be linked with the sterilizer to do CIP and SIP;
Ø To achieve the purpose of aseptic filling, the final product can be stored for 18 months at normal temperature
