Operating Principle
Waste cables are first crushed (e.g. shredder into small sections, then shear crushed into fine particles by pulverizer), and then separated by vibration wind sorting, high-precision airflow sorting, or electrostatic sorting technology (sorting voltage 20 - 80,000V), taking advantage of the differences in the physical characteristics of the copper and plastics (e.g., density, electrical conductivity). For example, electrostatic sorting accurately adsorbs copper particles, resulting in highly efficient separation of copper and plastic rice with extremely high purity.
