The THGTDW2-48&600 is a high-density embedded telecom DC power system designed to provide reliable nominal -48VDC power supply for communication equipment and network infrastructure. The system integrates eight 75A rectifier modules, intelligent monitoring, AC input protection, LLVD and BLVD load distribution, battery protection and remote communication functions in one compact 19-inch rack-mounted subrack.

With a maximum output capacity of 600A, wide 85-300VAC input range and system efficiency of ≥96%, the system is suitable for telecom base stations, communication equipment rooms, transmission sites and other critical -48VDC applications.

The THGTDW2-48&600 is an integrated -48VDC telecom power system developed for communication networks, telecom equipment rooms and distributed communication sites requiring high output capacity, intelligent supervision and flexible DC distribution.

The system adopts a high-density embedded structure suitable for installation in a standard 19-inch rack. Eight TH48T75NZ-S-1 rectifier modules provide a maximum system output of 600A. The modular architecture allows the system capacity to be configured according to the actual load and battery charging requirements of the site.

The wide 85-300VAC input range improves adaptability to unstable grid conditions. With a system efficiency of at least 96%, the rectifier system helps reduce power losses, heat generation and long-term operating costs.

The integrated THJK010 monitoring unit provides centralized supervision of the rectifier modules, AC input, DC output, load branches, battery branches and system alarms. Ethernet, SNMP, Modbus and RS485 communication interfaces support connection to local or remote network management systems.

The DC distribution section includes both LLVD and BLVD branches. Different breaker ratings can be assigned to communication equipment, transmission devices, monitoring equipment and other loads according to their power-off priority. Two independent 125A battery breakers are provided for battery bank connection and protection.

All power and signal connections adopt a front-access design, allowing installation, commissioning and maintenance to be completed without rear access. This design is particularly suitable for telecom cabinets and equipment rooms with limited installation space.
