YL- Corrugating Machine

YL-1 Corrugating Machine is a special equipment for producing insulating corrugating board of transformers. The machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, perfect appearance, fast heat transfer, low power consumption, stable operation, easy and convenient for using. The main structure of the YL-1 Corrugating Machine is composed of active and passive gear roller, slider, slider block, gearbox, electric heating, machine body and etc. The slider material is made of cast iron, and the upper and lower gear roller materials are made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe. The working clearance of the two-toothed roller is adjusted by the hand wheel.
