Cut-to-Length Line
The SKJ Cut-to-Length line is a special equipment for processing transformer core. This machine adopts PLC control system, touch screen display and servo cutting. Select the desired cutting type, input the cutting size and quantity, then press the start button, the equipment will automatically start production. The equipment will automatically stop production after the set data is completely executed.
TONGLI Servo motor cut to length line for transformer lamination is the special equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing.
Features:
- The high accuracy of sheet feeding and cutting is guaranteed by precise photoelectric encoder, AC servo drive system and SIMOTION Motion controller.
- Central positioning for whole line guide width adjustment is controlled by computer.
- Adoption of graphic operation terminal with human-machine menu and colored processing pattern display enables operators to complete lamination shapes confirmation and parameters input through the touch screen.
- Compensation and achieves rapid adjustment of cutting length.
- Cutting function and can cut step-lap lamination automatically.
- Preset number of sheets can be done automatically.Punching and shearing are driven by high dynamic servomotors, efficient with low noise.
- Automatic stacking is adopted to stack silicon steel sheets from largest to smallest sizes or from smallest to largest sizes.
