Key Features
-
True Floor-to-Ceiling Design — Full-height panels eliminate the gap above and below traditional partitions, giving better privacy, reduced noise and a cleaner, more premium look.
-
Premium Compact Laminate (HPL) — Made from high-pressure laminated resin-impregnated kraft papers, the panels are dense, scratch-resistant and built to withstand years of public use.
-
100% Waterproof & Moisture-Proof — Suitable for wet areas such as showers, pool changing rooms and hospital washrooms; the panels will not swell, delaminate or rot.
-
Anti-Bacterial & Easy to Clean — Non-porous surface resists bacteria, mold and mildew; a simple wipe-down keeps the restroom sanitary and maintenance cost low.
-
Impact & Scratch Resistant — Dense HPL core stands up to bumps, kicks and daily wear without chipping or denting.
-
Stainless Steel Hardware — Fitted with rust-proof 304 (or 316 on request) stainless steel hinges, foot bolts, headrail posts and coat hooks for long-lasting performance.
-
Fully Customizable — Choose from a wide range of solid colors and wood-grain finishes, adjust panel thickness, cubicle width and height to match your space and brand.
-
Fast, Modular Installation — Pre-fabricated panels and standard fixing system make on-site assembly quick and tidy, reducing labor cost and downtime.
Material & Construction
The partition panels are manufactured from Compact Laminate (HPL), typically available in 12 mm, 18 mm or 20 mm thickness (custom thickness on request). The panels are press-bonded under high pressure and temperature, resulting in a homogeneous, dense material that is both durable and dimensionally stable. All panel edges are sealed and finished to prevent water ingress, while the hardware system uses adjustable stainless steel posts and a top headrail to support a rigid floor-to-ceiling layout.
