Product Description:

Titanium tubes can be classified into round and square shape according to their forms. Circular tubes have the largest area when the circumference is the same, so it can convey more liquid. But it has some limitations as well. Comparatively, square and rectangular tubes are more solid and stable while bent.

The material in the intensified grade one, two, five, is Ti6Al4V. Its tensile performance is above 800, yield strength is approximately 30. In addition, the weight of titanium alloy is 4.5g per cubic centimeter, which is significantly more powerful than industrial materials usually employed for structural designs. Therefore, hard goods with great toughness, lightweight and rigidity can be produced from titanium.

Features:

Titanium alloy, known for its high strength and temperature resistance, is able to continually work for an extended period of time while the middle working environment is operating between the temperatures of 150-500 degrees. Besides, its hardness remains unchanged. What's more, it has excellent corrosion resistance in seawater and alkali, chlorine, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and so on.
