Automatic Disposable Bath Hair Towel Folding and Packing Machine

The production of disposable single-pack bath towels begins with feeding the raw material into the machine, followed by automatic vertical folding to shape the towel. The material is then precisely cut to the desired length before undergoing horizontal half folding to achieve the final folded format.

After folding, the towels are automatically queued and conveyed for further processing. The products are first packaged individually through pillow packing, ensuring a clean and compact presentation. Finally, the individual packs are grouped together using bundle packing for efficient storage and distribution.

The disposable bath towels produced by this machine are made from a variety of materials including PP nonwoven, SMMS, spunlace, and plastic, meeting diverse application needs.
