Excavator trailer

Designed specifically for small excavators weighing 1-3 tons, it focuses on the needs of short-distance transportation and narrow road conditions on construction sites, and is the preferred partner for the transportation of small engineering equipment with the core of "corrosion-resistant, strong load-bearing, and easy operation".

The body adopts the overall hot-dip galvanizing process, which is treated with pickling to remove rust, high-temperature zinc plating, and passivation. The zinc layer has strong adhesion and is uniform and dense. It can resist the erosion of rain, soil, and acid-base environment. It does not rust when stored outdoors in the open air, and its service life is more than 3 times longer than that of ordinary spray-painted trailers. The frame is made of high-strength steel according to national standards, with an extra-thick load-bearing bottom plate. The overall load-bearing is stable and does not deform, and the rated load is fully compatible with small excavators, loaders, and other equipment.

Design to meet practical needs: the rear of the vehicle is equipped with reinforced double ladders, three ribs anti-slip design + double spring reinforcement, gentle slope angle, excavator up and down stable and non-slip; A 1200-pound manual/electric winch can be optionally installed, allowing one person to complete the loading and unloading of heavy loads. The body adopts a compact size design (commonly 2.1-25m long, 1.3-15m wide), and can flexibly navigate on rural roads and construction site alleys, with no pressure when turning or reversing.
