Timzuumold manufactures this Automated Conveyor Die Set with precision engineering and premium materials for consistent, high-quality plastic part production. Our injection molds are built for durability, repeatability, and ease of maintenance in demanding production environments.

Technical Specifications
  • Cavity Configuration: Available in single-cavity for prototyping through multiple cavity for high-volume production, with balanced runner systems for uniform fill.
  • Mold Steel Options: Cores and cavities in 718H (pre-hardened 33-37 HRC), H13 (48-52 HRC), S136 (48-52 HRC, corrosion resistant), or NAK80 (40-43 HRC, high polish).
  • Gating Options: Edge gate, pin gate, sub-gate, banana gate, or hot runner (valve or open) based on part geometry and material requirements.
  • Ejection System: Balanced ejector pin/sleeve/blade layout with guided ejection plates, return pins, and optional two-stage ejection for complex parts.
  • Cooling Design: Strategically routed water lines with baffles and bubblers for uniform mold temperature (typically 40-80°C depending on material).
  • Mold Base: Standardized LKM, HASCO, or DME mold bases for global compatibility and spare parts availability.

Suitable for plastic parts across consumer goods, automotive interiors and exteriors, electronic housings, medical device components, and industrial products. Full OEM/ODM with DFM analysis, Moldflow simulation, and first-article inspection reports included.
