Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter

The feed table provides operators with a convenient loading platform, allowing them to easily place metal sheets on the conveyor rack, reducing the difficulty of manual handling and adjustment and improving loading efficiency.
  
  Shaft & Roller

The shaft is the supporting base of the roller, which keeps the roller in the correct position and posture to ensure that it can stably press and shape the plate. Multiple groups of rollers are installed on the frame of the tile press through the shaft. The accuracy and strength of the shaft directly affect the concentricity and stability of the roller, and thus affect the forming quality of the glazed tile.
  
  Pressing Section & Cutter

The material of blade is CR12.
  With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
