High Speed C Purlin Roll Forming Machine

High Speed C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is an integrated automatic production line integrating uncoiling, leveling, roll forming, automatic punching/cutting and finished product discharging. It is specially designed for high-efficiency production of C-shaped steel purlins in steel structure buildings, photovoltaic supports and other fields, with three core advantages of high speed, high precision and high stability, suitable for continuous forming of metal sheets with thickness from 0.8mm to 4.0mm.

• Uncoiling & Tension Control Hydraulic / electric uncoiler (5–15 tons capacity) with automatic unwinding. Tension control system prevents strip deviation and ensures stable feeding.
• Leveling & Guiding Multi-roll leveling unit eliminates sheet warping; side guiding devices ensure precise positioning for stable forming.
• Servo Feeding & Pre-Punching (Optional) Servo-driven feeding system with synchronous hydraulic punching unit, capable of processing mounting holes, wiring holes and customized holes.
• Multi-Stand Roll Forming 18–24 groups of high-precision forming stands. Rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel or D2 tool steel, quenched to HRC 58–62, gradually forming the strip into standard C-shaped sections with uniform stress distribution and small springback.
• High-Speed Flying Shear / Hydraulic Cutting High-speed flying shear system with cutting accuracy ±0.5–1.0mm, supporting non-stop continuous production.
• Finished Product Discharging Automatic conveying and stacking table for formed C purlins, supporting one-key switching of length and specifications.
