● Dual Dedicated Type J Thermocouples: To achieve true separate control, each heating zone is equipped with its own built-in Type J thermocouple. This provides independent, real-time feedback for precise, closed-loop temperature management per zone.
● Brass & Stainless Steel Sheath: Combines a brass inner tube for rapid, uniform heat distribution with a rugged stainless steel outer sleeve. The stainless steel sheath provides exceptional mechanical protection and structural rigidity, preventing damage to the heating element during installation and high-pressure injection molding cycles.
● 1-Meter High-Temperature Cable: Comes with a durable 1-meter lead wire assembly, ensuring flexible and reliable integration into multi-channel control systems.
