Nozzle heaters are manufactured from high quality mica sheet or ceramic, and have Nickel Chrome resistance. Nozzle heaters are covered by metal sheathing & can be rolled to the required shape. Ceramic Band heaters are are used in plastic processing industry for keeping the nozzles of injection molding machines hot.
