High Temperature Plastic Sealed RTD CLASS a PT100 Temperature Sensor for Transformer Coil Motor Winding

Description

The perfluorinated Pt100 temperature sensor is primarily used for embedding inside coils during the installation of motor and transformer windings for temperature monitoring and control purposes. Compared to traditional common products (such as iron-cased sensors), its advantages are evident.
1. The Pt platinum resistor is completely encapsulated and solidified in fluoroplastic, providing high insulation to the body and ensuring long-term stability and accuracy across a wide temperature range.
2. The ultra-small insulation structure can be easily installed and embedded into narrow spaces. It can be appropriately shaped and bent according to the coil without damaging the winding, avoiding inter-turn short circuits, and ensuring extremely fast thermal response speed.
3. The perfluorinated sensor exhibits resistance to vacuum impregnation and exceptional high voltage tolerance.
4. At the same time, the sensor also boasts high mechanical strength, vibration resistance, and resistance to any corrosion. Perfluorinated sensors are available in various models and categories, such as Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, NTC, KTY, etc., and include 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire products.
