Overview

PTC heating element, also known as PTC heater, is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency, making it an automatic constant temperature and energy-saving electric heater. The outstanding feature lies in its safety performance, and in any application, there will be no "red" phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tube heaters, which may cause safety hazards such as burns and fires.

Structure

The PTC heating element consists of a galvanized outer pressure plate, stainless steel corrugated spring plate, galvanized inner pressure plate, single-layer aluminum heat sink, PTC heating element, double-layer aluminum heat sink, nickel plated copper electrode terminal, and PPS high-temperature plastic electrode sheath.
