Product Overview
PTC ceramics are semiconductor materials with barium titanate substrate that exhibit increasing electrical resistivity within specific temperature ranges (20℃-315℃). This unique property enables automatic temperature control through grain boundary potential barrier theory, making them ideal for motor protection, constant temperature heating, sensors, and automotive heating systems.
Applications
Low Voltage Applications: Instrument temperature compensation, automotive and computer peripheral heaters, beauty devices, PCB heating, USB heating elements, incense burners, and mosquito repellents.
