TIG®780-56 Series is an environmentally friendly silicone based thermal paste designed to efficiently solve overheating problems in electronic devices and improve long-term reliability, TIG®780-50HP is a paste like material that can fully wet the surfaces of electronic components and heat sinks. It acts to fill the gaps between electronic components and heat sinks, eliminate air, and significantly improve heat dissipation eficiency (better than traditional thermal pads or ordinary silicone grease), thereby forming an extremely low thermal resistance interface and achieving excellent thermal conductivity efficiency.
