1.Nylon DTY Yarn Specifications:

Use for elastic tape, lace fabric, sock, legging, underwear, swimwear, jersey, sweater ,mask etc.
Yarn Count: 100D
Color Fastness: 4-5 level under SGS testing.
Colors: Raw white or dye to order or order to our color book
Dying technics: Hank dyed,cone dyed,dope dyed
Dying lot: 5kg foro bay lot, 50kg per lot, 25kg per lot,300kg per lor, 500kg per lot
Twist: S twist, Z twist and S+Z twist 2 ply
Lap dip: We will make lap dip with 2-3 matching colors for your choice of best matching color, if you worry about color shading.
Color shading: We don't allow color shading happen.
Cone weight: 0.8kg per cone; 1kg per cone
Cone Label Every yarn cone has a label inside, which tells you yarn count, dying lots, etc.
You can add label content as your need or even in your language.
Packing: 24cones for 1kg per cone, 28-30cones for 0.8kg per cone
Carton size: 70cm*56cm*25cm
MOQ: 1000 kgs per order and 250kg per color
