【Description】

This product is a special wax emulsion for textile auxiliaries. It is a uniform and stable emulsion made from selected wax raw materials and high-efficiency emulsifiers through a special process. Advanced emulsification technology and stabilizer system ensure long-term stability of the emulsion during storage and use; good compatibility with other auxiliaries, facilitating mixed use; 2. It can also increase the surface gloss; 3. The wax components in the wax emulsion can form a uniform lubricating film on the fiber surface, significantly reducing the friction coefficient between fibers, thereby improving the smoothness of spinning, weaving and other processes, reducing the breakage rate and improving production efficiency; 4. It can penetrate into the interior of fibers, improve the arrangement structure of fibers, and make textiles feel softer and more comfortable; 5. It does not contain formaldehyde or APEO, meeting environmental protection requirements.

1. Used for improving the strength of yarns;

2. Used for hand feel, gloss finishing and other functional purposes of fabrics.

【Usage Method】

Recommended processes:
Dipping method: Wax emulsion: 1~3% o.w.f, temperature: 40~60℃, time: 15~20min8
Padding method: Wax emulsion: 15~30g/; Process: one dip and one nip or two dips and two nips (the pick-up rate should be kept at 75-80%), drying and setting at 130~150℃910
The recommended dosage and process can be adjusted according to usage requirements11.

【Precautions】

1.A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage;

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

1.Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months;
