Denim Cotton Feel Agent is a chemical specifically designed for denim fabric finishing. It aims to endow denim fabrics with soft, fluffy, plump, thick, and cotton-like texture, the so-called "cotton feel", so as to significantly improve the wearing experience of denim fabrics, making them comfortable and skin-friendly.

【Application Scope】
Hand feel finishing of various fiber types of denim fabrics, washed fabrics, sweaters, etc.

【Product Features】

  1. It can significantly improve the softness, fluffiness, and fullness of denim fabrics, while endowing the fabrics with drapability.
  2. It makes denim fabrics more comfortable and skin-friendly, meeting consumers' pursuit of clothing comfort.
  3. It is suitable for various fiber types of denim fabrics, including cotton, cotton-polyester blends, etc. In addition, it is also applicable to other fabric types such as washed fabrics and sweaters.
  4. It has good wash resistance. After multiple washings, the fabric can still maintain a fluffy and soft hand feel, and is not easy to deform or fade.

【Usage Methods】
It is recommended to use the padding method for this product.

  1. Padding Method
    • Dosage: 30~50g/L of Cotton Feel Agent
    • Pick-up Rate: 70~80%
    • Process: Dilute the working solution → One-dip-one-nip (pick-up rate between 70~80%) → Drying and setting at 150℃
  2. Dipping Method (Washing)
    • Dosage: 3%~5% of Cotton Feel Agent
    • Liquor Ratio: 1:8~1:12
    • Temperature: 50~60℃
    • Time: 20~30 minutes

Adjust the dosage and processing technology appropriately according to the hand feel requirements and actual fabric conditions.

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
