Description
Used in the post-treatment of cotton, viscose fiber, and polyester-cotton blended fabrics dyed with reactive dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes, and sulfur dyes. It contains no formaldehyde or heavy metal ions, significantly improving the wash fastness and wet processing fastness of fabrics dyed with direct dyes and reactive dyes. Particularly, it exhibits excellent fixing effects on fabrics dyed with blue-green color systems.
Properties
- Composition: Polycationic compound
- Appearance: Light yellow liquid
- pH Value: 10±1
- Ionicity: Cationic
- Solubility: Miscible with water in any proportion
Product Features
- Suitable for the fixing treatment of fabrics dyed with vat dyes, sulfur dyes, and indigo dyes.
- Fabrics treated with this agent show significant improvements in water immersion fastness, soap wash fastness, and perspiration fastness.
- Minimal impact on the color shade and hand feel of the fabric.
- Superior fixing effect on blue-green dyed fabrics compared to conventional fixing agents.
- Formaldehyde-free, meeting environmental protection requirements.
Application
Used for the fixing of dyed yarns or fabrics made from different fibers, especially suitable for blue-green dye systems.
Usage Method
Before the fixing treatment, fully rinse the dyed fabric (perform soaping if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis, ensuring optimal subsequent fixing effects.
Recommended Processes
-
Padding Method:
Fixing agent dosage: 20-50g/L
Process flow: Dyed fabric → Immerse and pad in fixing agent working solution at room temperature → Drying
-
Dipping Method:
Fixing agent dosage: 1-3% o.w.f (on weight of fabric)
Temperature & Time: 60℃ for 15-30 minutes
Process flow: Dyed fabric → Dip in fixing agent working solution at 60℃ and operate for 15-30 minutes → Water rinsing → Drying
Application EffectComparison
washing powder 5g/1 100℃x5min soaking

Precautions
- Conduct a small-scale sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
