Premium 6+12A+6 Soundproof Insulated Glass for Building Windows & Curtain Wall

Product Overview

Our 6+12A+6 soundproof insulated glass unit (IGU) is assembled with two sheets of 6mm clear tempered safety glass, separated by a 12mm air spacer filled with molecular sieve desiccant. Adopting double sealing system (butyl primary seal + polysulfide or silicone secondary seal), this insulated glass effectively isolates noise, blocks heat transfer and prevents internal fogging. It is a high-performance architectural glass widely used in residential houses, office buildings, hotels and urban constructions to create quiet and energy-saving indoor spaces.

Key Features

✅ Excellent Sound Insulation The 12mm dry air cavity weakens sound wave transmission. It can greatly reduce outdoor noise from traffic, crowds and construction, bringing a quiet and comfortable indoor environment.

✅ Energy Saving & Thermal Insulation The air layer between two glass panels slows down heat conduction. It keeps rooms cool in summer and warm in winter, reducing air conditioning and heating consumption to cut energy bills. It also avoids condensation on glass surface.

✅ High Safety & Stable Quality Base glass is fully tempered glass. When broken, it crumbles into small granular fragments without sharp edges, lowering injury risk and meeting international building safety standards.
