Our pressure vessel heads (also known as tank heads or dished ends) are critical load-bearing components designed to seal the ends of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. All products are manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards and ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII Division 1), and are widely used in the petrochemical, power generation, nuclear, pharmaceutical, food processing, and boiler industries.

We offer a full range of head geometries to meet various pressure ratings and application needs:

• Ellipsoidal Head (2:1 Ratio) – The most economical and widely used design; provides excellent stress distribution with reduced metal thickness requirements
• Torispherical Head (Dished Head) – Features a spherical crown with a knuckle radius; easier to fabricate, suitable for medium-pressure applications
• Hemispherical Head – Ideal for high-pressure services; pressure is distributed evenly across the surface, offering the highest strength
• Conical Head – Used for vessel bottoms requiring material discharge or for changes in flow direction
• Flat Head – Available for low-pressure applications

We supply heads in a wide range of materials, all traceable with full mill test reports:
