Packaging & Shipping

1. Payment: T/T, Western Union, Moneygram,Paypal, online payment or other ways.
2. Packaging: All products will be packed in carton , so the product can get effective protection to avoid damage.
3.Shipping: We often ship by EMS, DHL,UPS, FedEx or TNT or other special way. Or by ship as per customers' exact quantity and requirement.

EMS usually takes about 6-13 days, more or less. If for remote region, it will be a little longer time; If for buyer's customs reason, it will be a little longer time.
DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx usually takes about 4-6 days, more or less. If for remote region,I t will be a little longer time; If for buyer's customs reason, it will be a little longer time.

We usually ship the buyer item as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer's tax. However, the tax is determined by buyer customs not by us, different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should understand it.
Due to the buyer reason including -refuse to sign for the package- or -refuse to pay the tax or -buyer country post reason and so on, the buyer have to understand all the lose. We are responsible for keeping the goods leave China smoothly. Once the goods leave China then the buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility.


Quality Control

Before shipment, our QC will check our customers’ products one by one. Besides, we use standard export carton or we pack accord- ing to the requirements of our customers.

1.If you test the products and it doesn't work, you can send back to us asap, we will send the replace goods to you with the following order.

2.Return will not accept due to postage mishandling / improper installation or damage caused by installation

3.Return will only be accepted due to manufacturer issue and faulty products
