Description
3,3'-dimethylbiphenyl-4,4'-diyl diisocyanate (TODI) is an aromatic diisocyanate used to enhance the mechanical and chemical properties of polyurethane elastomers. Due to steric hindrance, the reactivity of HARTDUR 118 is lower than that of TDI and MDI. TODI-based elastomers can improve various physical properties, such as heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and also offer superior mechanical properties for applications under harsh conditions and environments.
