1. Application
WANNATE 9058, a brown liquid at ambient temperature, is formulated from a blend of polyol-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate. This material is employed in the manufacturing of furniture, toys, and automotive components, with specific suitability for viscoelastic foam.

4. Storage
Since WANNATE 9058 is a reactive chemical, it readily reacts with atmospheric moisture, forming insoluble ureas and carbon dioxide gas. This reaction can lead to pressure buildup in sealed containers and an increase in product viscosity. Therefore, containers must be completely dry and tightly sealed under a nitrogen blanket after use.
WANNATE 9058 should be stored in tightly closed containers indoors at ambient temperatures (15–25 ℃) in a well-ventilated area. Storage at low temperatures (below 10 ℃) may cause crystallization; thus, the material must be protected from frost. If crystallization occurs, the product should be heated uniformly to 70–80 ℃ to fully melt. Localized overheating must be strictly avoided. The material should then be thoroughly agitated before use.
5. Shelf Life
Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of WANNATE 9058 is nine months. If the product exceeds this period but still meets the specified physical and chemical properties, its performance in use may not be affected.
