Non Yellowing and Anti-aging Aliphatic Polyurethane Topcoat EX-940

EX-940 aliphatic polyurethane topcoat is a two-component UV resistant and environmentally friendly special high-strength weather resistant decorative topcoat. EX-940 topcoat can withstand long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation without yellowing or aging, and is a topcoat product that integrates anti-corrosion, waterproof, weather resistant, and decorative functions.

Construction method
  • 1. Substrate treatment, the surface of the substrate should be clean, dry, free of dust, oil stains, and rust;
  • 2. Strictly follow the proportion specified in the product manual to mix and stir evenly, and brush coating, spray coating or roller coating can be used;
  • 3. It is recommended that the coating thickness be between 60-80 microns;
  • 4. The specific construction details depend on the specific construction environment.

Storage and Transportation

This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain, sun, isolated from fire sources, and kept away from heat sources. The storage temperature should be between 15-40°C.

This product has a storage period of 12 months from the date of production without opening the original packaging. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.

This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non hazardous materials during transportation. During transportation, rain and sun exposure should be strictly prohibited, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
