Product Description

A successful horizontal directional drilling process is to drill a guide hole. Guide holes are drilled horizontally and continue under and through obstacles along a predetermined design path. The electron emitter is placed in a housing directly behind the directional bore cutting head. The transmitter sends a signal to the surface that is read by the receiver and then transmits the information back to the directional rig operator. The directional rig can then use the transmitted information to direct the drilling path in any desired direction.
