Manufactured in China under strict process control, this cable positions 12 optical fibers inside a loose tube made of high-modulus PBT, filled with water-resistant compound to keep the core dry. Two parallel phosphatized steel wires and a steel-plastic composite armor deliver outstanding tensile and crush resistance, while the LSZH outer sheath protects the assembly against moisture, UV exposure and mechanical stress.

Each cable is wound onto a sturdy wooden drum or plywood reel with protective lagging, then secured for export shipping. Standard drum lengths are available in 1km, 2km and 4km configurations, with custom lengths supplied on request. Cable ends are sealed to prevent moisture ingress during storage and transit.
