The PI25 Series is a 25μm polyimide (PI) film manufactured via polycondensation of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA), followed by casting, imidization, and stretching. This amber-colored film offers exceptional thermal stability, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength. With a thickness of 25±3μm, PI25 withstands 288°C±5°C for 10 seconds, exhibits low water absorption (<4.0%), and provides excellent dielectric properties.
