The KXL2525BR Series is a 50μm high heat polyimide (Kapton) tape coated with acrylic adhesive, designed for extreme temperature applications up to 260°C for 30 minutes. This gold finger lamination tape offers excellent adhesion strength 700g, low electrolysis, and outstanding resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkalis. Its clean removability allows for repositioning and reuse without leaving any residue, making it a reliable choice for demanding industrial environments.

The tape features a three-layer construction consisting of a polyimide (PI) film substrate, a acrylic adhesive layer, and a PET release liner. Total thickness is 175μm with an adhesive thickness of 50μm.

Common applications include PCB gold finger protection during soldering, slot insulation for motors and transformers, lithium battery electrode bundling, and high-temperature masking for painting or sandblasting.
