Description:

Spherical roller bearing can support axial forces in both directions and high radial forces. They are designed for very high load carrying capacity. Bearings with a tapered bore are also available with an adapter sleeve, locknut and tab washer or with a withdrawal sleeve.

C Features a stamped steel cage and stengthened symmetric roller.As a second generation design,these bearing designs are optimized to offer considerably higher load ratings than conventional designs for a broad range of application and long service life.
CA The alternative design of the second generation,these bearings feature a precision-machined brass cage and strengthened symmetric roller and are equivalent to C design in load rating.They are used to exchange with C design,partticularly for large sizeds.

Applications:

rear-wheel, transmission and electric equipment parts for car making; electromotor, home appliances; instrument, combustion engines, building machinery, railway vehicle, loading/unloading machine, farm machinery and various industrial machinery.

Features:


1) Self-aliging roller bearings are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and a common sphere raceway in out ring, the two inner ring raceways are included at an angle to the bearing axia.
2)With good self-aligning ability and can operate when the shaft deflection under load or the shaft deflection under load or the shaft misaligning in mounting, and their permissible aligning angle is 1 to 2.5 degree.
