The SFP-BIDI transceiver delivers outstanding performance with superb quality at an affordable price. Utilizing single-mode fiber, this module supports 20KM transmission distance and dual data-rate operation of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps.
Transceiver Construction
The transceiver consists of two main sections:
  • FP laser transmitter
  • PIN photodiode with trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit
This transceiver complies with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 standards, meeting Class I laser safety requirements.
