The QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) Laser Welding Machine represents a breakthrough in precision joining technology, uniquely combining the high peak power of pulsed lasers with the stable output of continuous wave (CW) lasers in a single system. Seamlessly switch between pulse mode for precision spot welding and continuous mode for seam welding, eliminating the need for separate equipment. Peak power in pulse mode can reach up to 10 times the average power, delivering intense energy bursts when needed.

The pulsed output allows material to cool between pulses, minimizing heat accumulation. This results in a Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ) reduced by up to 50% compared to traditional CW lasers, preventing deformation, burn-through, and discoloration on thin and delicate workpieces.
