While standard turfs use uniform fibres that flatten over time, our high-density curved monofilament or split-film PE yarn maintains an upright, resilient structure. The double-layer PP+PP, combined with high-permeability PU coating, offers superior peel resistance and dimensional stability. Unlike single-layer backings that shrink, ripple, or delaminate under daily temperature swings, our system holds its shape season after season.
Freedom to choose - without compromise
We offer both sand-free (granule-free) and quartz-sand infill versions. The sand-filled option increases traction for sharp pivots and complies with ITF basic surface requirements, while the non-filled type reduces installation weight and maintenance.

Our UV stabilisers and anti-ageing additives are integrated into the resin, not just surface-coated. This means the fibres resist fading, embrittlement, and degradation from prolonged sun, rain, frost, or heat.
