Every slit coil undergoes 3-point width measurement (head, middle, tail) per strand. CNC tension control prevents camber and edge wave during the slitting process. For gauges above 1.5mm, a secondary deburring pass is applied. Third-party SGS inspection reports available upon request for critical tolerance applications.
