The material undergoes vacuum degassing (VOD) during melting to control inclusion levels, followed by continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling to final thickness, and a bright annealing process in a controlled atmosphere furnace to achieve optimal formability and surface quality.
Every shipment includes an Ericsen cupping test report and mechanical property certification (MTC EN 10204 3.1). We can also provide forming simulation data and technical support for your specific die design requirements.
