This deep drawing quality 430 stainless steel coil is specifically formulated for the production of washing machine drums, inner tubs, and spin baskets where single blanks must be drawn into deep cylindrical forms without tearing, orange peel, or surface defects. A fine grain annealed microstructure, achieved through tightly controlled cold rolling and batch annealing, provides the uniform plastic flow required by deep draw tooling.
