Working Principle
This product employs a servo motor-driven, closed-loop automatic voltage regulation system, delivering high-precision voltage stabilization through a three-step process:
Voltage Detection and Sampling
The voltage regulator features a built-in voltage sampling circuit that continuously monitors input mains voltage in real time. By comparing it to the standard 220V output reference value, it rapidly determines voltage deviations and initiates corrective action automatically without manual intervention.
Servo Motor Voltage Regulation
When mains voltage fluctuations are detected, the control circuit immediately activates the high-precision servo motor. This drives carbon brushes to precisely adjust their position on the autotransformer windings, rapidly modifying the transformer's turns ratio to compensate for voltage differences and restore output to the standard range.
Voltage Stabilization and Protection
Once voltage adjustment is complete, the unit delivers a stable, clean 220V sinusoidal AC output. The integrated protection circuit immediately responds to abnormalities including overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, or overheating by either cutting off output or delaying power supply. This dual protection ensures safety for downstream loads while preventing damage to the stabilizer itself. Normal voltage stabilization automatically resumes once conditions return to standard parameters.
