- Adjustable Height/Angle: Electric/pneumatic lifting + tilting/rotating modules adapt to various welding processes such as MIG/TIG/SAW, supporting automatic trajectory matching for robotic welding, reducing workpiece flipping and minimizing welding deformation and labor costs.
- Modular Fixture Compatibility: Compatible with over 100 D28 standard accessories such as quick-release clamps, locating blocks, angle plates, V-blocks, and telescopic supports, allowing for rapid assembly of any fixture and adapting to multi-variety, small-batch, and variable-batch production.
- Heavy-duty cast iron/steel plate + reinforced rib structure provides a table surface with a torsional strength of ≥300MPa, ensuring no warping or deformation during long-term use and guaranteeing consistent welding accuracy.
- Load-bearing base + adjustable support feet adapt to uneven workshop floors, ensuring the workbench is level and preventing welding defects caused by workpiece displacement.
