Rongbang RBTX-52D Inclined Vertical Curing Oven

RBTX-52T tilt fiber curing oven is used to heat and cure various fiber connectors (tail pigtails, jumpers), including FC, SC, LC, MU, MTRJ, ST, MPO, cable, and other fiber jumper connections. Applicable to the fiber optic connector before processing and assembly. It adopts 30 degree tilt to facilitate the glue to reduce the deviation of the broken fiber point.
Can heat and cure 52 fiber connectors at the same time
Adopt precision temperature control system, adjustable temperature 0-260°C, temperature control accuracy up to ±1°C heating time to automatic alarm
With time control and heating indication, automatic temperature control can make the cured fiber glue into a conical surface, which is not easy to crack.
Curable tooling can be replaced, easy to operate, with anti-scalding and heat preservation function, suitable for curing epoxy resin of various joints, improving production efficiency
Customized tooling heating plates with different core numbers and specifications can be customized according to customer needs
