High Temperature Resistance Commercial Water Softener
Advanced water softening system designed for commercial applications with anti-scaling properties and compact footprint.
Product Overview
This automatic sodium ion exchange water softening system treats raw water with influent hardness up to 8 mmol/L, maintaining effluent hardness stably below 0.03 mmol/L to meet stringent industrial standards.
High-temperature resistant components support hot water reuse softening, making it suitable for demanding applications including dyeing and finishing machines, food sterilization, and other high-temperature processes.
The equipment operates with low noise levels and features a small footprint, allowing flexible deployment in workshops or equipment rooms to maximize space utilization.

Technical Advantages
- Advanced automatic control system for water supply, backwashing, salt absorption, replacement, and forward washing
- Continuous and stable water supply with fixed-flow automatic regeneration
- Compact integrated design with soft water exchange tank and control valve
- Multifunctional brine system with automatic salt dissolution and level adjustment
- Uniform water distribution system for efficient resin utilization
- Superior corrosion resistance against regenerants and harsh environments
- Low energy consumption: self-use water volume <2%, salt consumption <100g/mmol, power consumption 10W-40W
