Product Overview

The Rapid‑Install Si‑PU Court system is optimised for speed and convenience. All underlayers (primer, interface agent, elastic PU, reinforcement PU) are one‑component moisture‑curing formulations with accelerated cure rates – each coat dries in 4‑8 hours at 25°C (compared to 8‑12 hours for standard Si‑PU). The waterborne top coat dries in 2‑4 hours. A complete 3‑4 mm thickness system can be installed in 4‑5 days by a 3‑person crew, including surface preparation. The system bonds excellently to old asphalt, concrete, and even existing acrylic or polyurethane courts after proper cleaning and priming. This makes it perfect for school holiday renovations, tournament venue upgrades, and urgent repairs.

Q: Does fast cure affect performance?
→ No. Final mechanical properties (shock absorption, rebound, tensile strength) are identical to standard Si‑PU. Only drying speed is increased.

Q: Can I apply this over old cracked asphalt?
→ Minor cracks (<3 mm) can be filled. Major cracks require base repair before applying Si‑PU.
