The Economy Composite Running Track is designed for projects where budget is the primary concern but a step up from porous tracks is still desired. It uses recycled rubber granules in the base and reinforcement layers, with a thin top layer of fine recycled or virgin EPDM. The three‑layer structure provides better rebound than a porous track while keeping costs close to porous systems. Water permeability is moderate (≈0.5 mm/min) – enough to prevent standing water but not as fast as fully porous tracks.

Ideal for public school fields, community sports grounds, low‑traffic jogging paths, and rural training areas where initial investment must be minimised.
